Trios Southridge Hospital

DAY CPM provided comprehensive oversight and management to all facets of this expansion project including owner representation and program management. Trios’ new greenfield 74-bed replacement hospital included the development of a 40-acre site and includes 160,000 square feet acute care facilities. DAY CPM’s involvement covers site development, land use development, permit and plan review, medical equipment and IT technology integration oversight, and overall program management services. Additional master planning support services for future hospital expansion and other outpatient MOB facilities are also under development.

The hospital opened at 7 a.m. in July 14, 2014 with all patients moved by private ambulance from the Auburn Street site by noon. Trios Health Southridge Hospital Opening

The new seven-level, 160,000-square-foot facility is connected to Trios Southridge Hospital and provided for space for outpatient provider practices, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, speech-language services, interventional pain procedures, and a coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating.
