Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend

DAY CPM served as Owner’s Representative for this multi-user, multi-phase and multi-funded project for PeaceHealth. The vast scope of this project required DAY CPM to create fully integrated management systems, seamlessly meshing the client’s systems and processes into the construction schedule. For example, budgeting and financial reporting were specifically tailored to the Owner’s accounting categories, providing intuitive and real-time financial updates and projections. DAY CPM closely managed $75 Million in medical equipment and FF&E purchasing, led vendor negotiations and management.

The 1.8 million square foot 432-bed replacement hospital complex built on a 160-acre site includes a 1.2 million square foot Acute Care Tower, the 150,000 square foot Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute, a 30,000 square foot central utility plant, a 120,000 square foot medical office building, and two parking structures with more than 1,000 spaces. Additionally, DAY CPM oversaw all aspects of a comprehensive infrastructure system consisting of new public roadways, site utilities, landscape spaces, and off-site development to the I-5 interchange.
