Reynolds School District

DAY CPM has assisted the Reynolds School District, as Owner’s Representative and ongoing Construction Manager, with planning, value engineering, procurement, contractor selection and construction management. After a tragic school shooting in June 2014, the district wanted to provide students with a completely transformed atmosphere in the gymnasium lobby when they returned to school. The team was able to utilize donated materials for this project by contacting vendors from around the country. With contractors working seven days a week, the project was completed in just seven weeks.

Improvements were made to technology and security, including a new video wall that was procured and installed in three short weeks. Concurrent with this gym transformation, DAY CPM also completed the original summer capital projects work. We are continuing work with the District managing many capital improvement and maintenance projects.

We are excited to continue our work with the Reynolds School District. After being selected as the successful proposer though the public RFP process, DAY CPM will serve as the Owner’s Representative for the 2015 Bond Program. The Bond Program includes the replacement for Fairview, Troutdale and Wilkes Elementary and repair and renovation of Reynolds High School by adding classrooms, connecting all out building to the main school, locating student support services to the front entry of the school, and expanding the cafeteria and commons area. Full details of the bond can be found at
