Mike Day started DAY & Associates CPM, Inc. in 2002 in response to recognizing a need for strong and balanced owner’s representation for construction projects where significant capital or bonds funded the project. Prior to founding the company, Mike provided construction management services for a large NW regional general contractor where he gained comprehensive knowledge regarding construction management. Mike created the corporation to help owners maximize their success – to both optimize value and create a well-designed and integrated facility. Mike formally changed the company’s name to DAY CPM Services LLC in 2004.

Since then, DAY CPM has grown into a multi-disciplinary firm providing owner representation, project management, design review, facilitation, budget oversight, value engineering, project closeout, project review and expertise for civic, healthcare, and education-focused projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

In 2009, Joshua Dodson joined DAY CPM Services as principal to further expand the firm’s depth and scope of services. Joshua has strong background in project management and Owner’s Representation. His reputation for delivering highly complex projects on time and within budget made him a perfect fit to complement Mike Day’s established company.

Today, under Mike and Joshua’s leadership, DAY CPM manages an array of multi-million dollar capital improvement and new construction projects throughout the Northwest region. DAY CPM staff continue their involvement in managing diverse award-winning projects. Some have achieved LEED® certification while others involve complicated structural features. Many incorporate complex structural and technological systems. DAY CPM’s mission is to provide the highest echelon of project management services available so that each of our client’s projects succeed and exceed their objectives.
