Newberg School District – Bond Management Program

DAY CPM served as Owner’s Representative for the Newberg School District’s $31 million bond initiative, which funded multiple school remodels and upgrades. DAY was responsible for project oversight for the renovations planned at each school. Numerous projects occurred simultaneously, often while classes were still in session. The combined professional skills in upfront planning, scheduling and budgeting enabled the district to meet its objectives as efficiently as possible. DAY CPM worked closely with the design team, contractors and school administrators to ensure that necessary information was conveyed back to the students, parents and staff impacted by the remodels.
